Dannielle worked nonstop to help me get my house sold during the September downturn in the market. From professional photos to multiple open houses to mailers and flyers, Dannielle was on her game and exceeded my expectations of exposing my home to as many potential buyers as possible. I relocated out of state and while the home was vacant, Dannielle would check on the house to make sure all was okay and put my mind at ease. She made the entire sales process as easy as possible and answered my calls and texts after hours and on weekends. Dannielle called us back right away and answered all our questions. We noticed the aggressiveness and outgoing personality in her voice. She was very knowledgeable, so we made an appointment with her. On our first meeting she helped us decide how we can get property we love in Pahrump without exhausting all our savings by selling my house and use the equity wisely. We decided to sell my house on that very first meeting (that’s how good she was!). We got an offer on the 4th day, way above more than the listing price! She made sure we were not going to put out a lot more money for the property we wanted to buy. She told us not to worry because she will do a contingent upon sale.
